FAQ

Parking lot striping questions, answered

Answers to common parking lot striping questions for commercial property managers in The Woodlands, Montgomery, Magnolia, and Conroe, TX.

How much does parking lot striping cost?

Every lot is different. Pricing depends on layout, total line footage, stencil work, ADA stalls, and surface condition — a quick re-stripe prices very differently than a new layout on bare asphalt. Our job minimum is $500. The fastest way to get a real number is a free estimate: send us the property address and we'll take it from there.

How long does a striping project take?

Most commercial lots are completed in a single visit. We coordinate scheduling around your tenants and traffic so the property keeps operating while work is underway, including evening and weekend scheduling when the property requires it.

How soon can vehicles drive on new striping?

Commercial traffic paint dries quickly in Texas conditions — typically within an hour of application. We section the work so the lot is never fully shut down, and we'll confirm reopening timing as part of your project plan.

How often should a commercial lot be re-striped?

Texas sun and traffic fade markings faster than most managers expect. High-traffic retail lots often need re-striping every 12–24 months; lower-traffic office and industrial lots can go longer. If your lines look gray instead of white, it's time.

Do you handle ADA-compliant layouts?

Yes. We lay out accessible stalls, access aisles, and required markings to current ADA and Texas accessibility standards, and we flag compliance gaps during the estimate — stall counts, van-accessible spaces, and signage placement are the most common issues we find.

Can you stripe brand-new asphalt right away?

New asphalt needs time to cure before final striping — typically 14 to 30 days depending on conditions. Striping too early hurts paint adhesion. If your paving contractor just finished, we'll help you time the striping correctly.

What services does Pure Pavement offer?

Parking lot striping is our core service: new layouts, re-stripes, ADA stalls and access aisles, fire lanes and curb painting, arrows, stop bars and crosswalks, and custom stenciling for commercial properties. We also offer supporting pavement maintenance — pressure washing, sealcoating, and crack fill — to keep lots looking sharp between stripings.

What areas do you serve?

The Woodlands, Montgomery, Magnolia, Conroe, and surrounding Montgomery County, Texas.

Who do you work with?

Commercial property managers, asset managers, and HOA managers — retail centers, office and medical buildings, industrial sites, and parking garages. Pure Pavement is built for B2B property maintenance, not residential driveways.

How do I get an estimate?

Call (832) 906-9919 or use the contact form. Most estimates need only the property address and a description of what you want done.
